Architecture Manager



As an Architecture Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the design and construction of buildings and structures in Eschen. Your main goal will be to ensure that all architectural projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality standards. This position requires someone with experience in architecture as well as strong leadership skills.

Responsibilities:
- Manage a team of architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure successful completion of projects
- Develop project plans, budgets, and schedules
- Oversee the design process, from concept to construction documents
- Review and approve all architectural drawings and specifications
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that may arise
- Collaborate with other departments (such as engineering and construction) to ensure coordination on projects
- Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and zoning laws
- Hire and train new staff members as needed

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in architecture or a related field
- Proven experience managing architectural projects from start to finish
- Strong knowledge of design software such as AutoCAD or Revit
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and zoning laws
- Fluency in English (knowledge of other languages is a plus)
