Construction Project Manager

We are in need of an experienced Construction Project Manager to join our team in Mauren. As a Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing construction projects from start to finish. Your responsibilities will include planning, budgeting, scheduling, and coordinating all aspects of the project to ensure it is completed on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and oversee construction projects from start to finish
- Develop project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation plans
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure timely completion of tasks
- Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to ensure targets are met
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards
- Prepare regular progress reports for stakeholders
- Communicate project updates and any issues or delays to the client or management team
- Manage project budget by tracking expenses and making cost-saving decisions where possible

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in construction management
- Proven track record of successfully completing projects on time and within budget
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for working with a diverse team of professionals
- Knowledge of construction techniques, materials, equipment, tools, and safety procedures
