A reputable construction company in Mauren is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Manager to oversee their projects. As the Construction Manager, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and supervising all aspects of construction projects from start to finish. Your main goal will be to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and in accordance with safety regulations.

Responsibilities:
- Plan and schedule project timelines
- Hire and manage subcontractors and construction workers
- Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and other legal requirements
- Monitor progress and make adjustments as needed to stay on track with project goals
- Review contracts, specifications, and other project documentation to ensure accuracy
- Prepare cost estimates and budgets for materials, labor, equipment, etc.
- Communicate regularly with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders
- Address any issues or delays that may arise during construction

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field (preferred but not required)
- Proven experience as a Construction Manager or similar role
- Extensive knowledge of construction processes, building codes, safety regulations, etc.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Familiarity with construction software such as AutoCAD or Primavera P6 (preferred but not required)

This is a full-time position with a salary of $1800 per month. Please note that the company does not provide accommodation or visa sponsorship. Candidates must have their own valid work visa for Mauren.
