Executive Chef - Traditional Malayalee Cuisine
As an Executive Chef specializing in traditional Malayalee cuisine, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire culinary operations of our restaurant located in Mecca. You will use your expertise in Malayalee cuisine to design and create menus, train and manage kitchen staff, and ensure the highest quality of food and service. You must have a deep understanding of Malayalee cooking techniques, flavor profiles, and ingredients. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience as a Head Chef or Executive Chef in a high-end restaurant, preferably with a focus on traditional Malayalee cuisine. This is a contract position with a competitive salary of $1500 per month. Accommodation and visa sponsorship will not be provided, so candidates must have their own valid visa to work in Mecca.

As the Executive Chef, you will be responsible for planning and directing all aspects of the kitchen operations. You must have strong leadership skills to effectively manage a team of cooks, sous chefs, and other kitchen staff. Your creativity and passion for traditional Malayalee cuisine will be crucial in designing unique menus that showcase the flavors and techniques of this rich culinary tradition.
