We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager to join our team in Funchal, Portugal. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and completion of projects within specified timeframes and budgets. You will also be responsible for managing project teams and ensuring that all project goals and objectives are met.

Responsibilities:
- Develop project plans and timelines, including resource allocation and budget management
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project execution
- Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to meet timelines and budget
- Communicate project updates to stakeholders regularly
- Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies
- Conduct regular team meetings to discuss project status, roadblocks, and resolutions
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures throughout the project lifecycle

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in project management
- Proven track record of successfully delivering projects on time and within budget
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage cross-functional teams
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficient in project management tools such as MS Project or Asana
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment

Preferred:
- Experience working in the IT industry
- PMP certification

Salary: 1200$ per month

Location: This position is based in Funchal, Portugal. Visa sponsorship is available for qualified candidates.
