We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic English-speaking Moderator to join our team in Triesen. As a moderator, you will be responsible for facilitating discussions and ensuring the smooth running of various online forums and communities. This is a contract job with a salary of 1300$ per month, with accommodation provided.

Responsibilities:
- Monitor and moderate discussions on various online platforms, ensuring that all content is appropriate and follows community guidelines
- Encourage active participation and engagement from members of the online community
- Respond to inquiries and concerns from members in a timely and professional manner
- Collaborate with team members to develop strategies for growing the online community and increasing user engagement
- Keep up-to-date with current trends and topics relevant to the community to ensure relevant discussions are taking place

Requirements:
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken
- Excellent communication skills, including the ability to effectively engage with individuals from diverse backgrounds
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and online communities
- Previous experience moderating online forums or communities is preferred but not required
- Willingness to work flexible hours as needed, including weekends or evenings

Preferred Qualifications:
- Biometric passport or valid work permit for Liechtenstein (for non-EU citizens)
- Experience working with international communities or in a multicultural environment
- Passion for fostering positive interactions within online communities
