Interpreter


As an Interpreter, you will be responsible for facilitating communication between individuals who speak different languages. You will interpret spoken or written information from one language to another, ensuring accuracy and cultural sensitivity. This role requires strong language skills, cultural awareness, and the ability to remain impartial and professional in all situations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Listen to speakers in one language and accurately interpret their message into another language.
- Translate written documents from one language to another.
- Facilitate communication between individuals who do not speak a common language.
- Identify and resolve any linguistic or cultural barriers that may arise during interpretation.
- Adhere to ethical and confidentiality standards at all times.
- Conduct research on specialized terminology in order to accurately translate technical documents.
- Act as a cultural liaison when necessary, providing insight and context for cultural differences.
- Maintain professional relationships with clients and colleagues.

Requirements:
- Proven fluency in at least two languages, with exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Familiarity with the culture, customs, and traditions of the languages being interpreted.
- Excellent listening skills with the ability to understand a variety of accents and dialects.
- Strong research skills for accurate translation of technical or specialized terminology.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and maintain professionalism in sensitive situations.
- Flexibility to work irregular hours or travel as needed.
- Prior experience as an interpreter is preferred but not required.

Salary:
This position offers a competitive salary of $1000 per month.

This position is based in Lahore, Pakistan.
