Interpreter - English to Urdu

As an Interpreter, you will be responsible for providing accurate and efficient interpretation services from English to Urdu and vice versa. You will primarily work with non-native speakers who require language assistance in various settings such as business meetings, conferences, and legal proceedings. Your role will involve actively listening, comprehending, and accurately translating spoken or written communication between parties. You must have a strong command of both English and Urdu languages, as well as excellent interpersonal skills to effectively bridge the language barrier between individuals or groups.

Your main duties will include facilitating effective communication between parties by accurately translating verbal or written communication in real-time. This may involve interpreting technical terminology or complex information, so you must have a good understanding of diverse subject matters. Your role may also require you to assist with document translation, proofreading, and editing to ensure accuracy and consistency.

To excel in this role, you must be able to work under pressure and prioritize tasks effectively. You should also possess strong cultural sensitivity as you may be required to interpret for individuals from different backgrounds or cultures. Additionally, having a flexible schedule is essential as you may need to work outside of regular office hours.

This position is ideal for someone who is fluent in both English and Urdu languages but has no prior experience as an Interpreter.
