Hotel Sales Manager
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Hotel Sales Manager to join our team in Braga. As a Hotel Sales Manager, you will be responsible for managing all sales activities and driving revenue for the hotel. Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue goals for the hotel
- Identify new business opportunities and build relationships with potential clients
- Conduct market research and analyze trends to stay ahead of competition
- Create attractive sales packages and promotions to attract customers
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure excellent customer service and guest satisfaction
- Prepare and present sales reports to management on a regular basis
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking events to promote the hotel
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred
- Minimum of 3 years experience in hotel sales, preferably in a managerial role
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Excellent time management and organizational abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiar with hotel reservation systems
- Fluency in English required; knowledge of other languages is a plus
Salary: $1400 per month without accommodation
Location: Braga, Portugal (local candidates preferred)
