Hotel Sales Manager (Braga, Portugal)
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Hotel Sales Manager to join our team in Braga, Portugal. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to drive revenue and increase occupancy rates. You will also be responsible for managing a team of sales executives and ensuring excellent customer service is provided to potential clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet revenue targets
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities
- Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients, travel agents, and other key stakeholders
- Prepare proposals and negotiate contracts with potential clients
- Monitor and analyze sales performance data to make informed decisions for future strategies
- Train, manage, and motivate a team of sales executives
- Ensure excellent customer service is provided throughout the sales process
- Attend industry events and networking opportunities to promote the hotel
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years experience in hotel sales management
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong leadership abilities
- Knowledge of the local market and industry trends
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Fluency in English (knowledge of other languages is a plus)
