As an Online Consultant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through various digital channels. Your role will involve responding to customer inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and providing product or service recommendations. You will also be expected to maintain a positive and professional attitude while representing our company.

Key Responsibilities:
- Communicate with customers through online chat, email, and social media platforms
- Address customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Provide accurate product information and recommendations to customers
- Troubleshoot technical issues and escalate as necessary
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of our products and services

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- Fluent in English (verbal and written); additional languages are a plus
- Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with customers from diverse backgrounds
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities
- Proficient in using various digital tools such as chat programs, email platforms, and social media
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Prior customer service experience is preferred but not required

Salary:
Starting salary for this full-time position is 1800$ per month. Additional benefits include health insurance, paid time off, and opportunities for career advancement within the company.

Location:
This position is based in Porto, Portugal. Applicants must have authorization to work in Portugal without sponsorship.
