Online Consultant for Biometric Passport Services in Porto


We are a leading biometric passport services company based in Porto and we are seeking an experienced Online Consultant to join our team. As an Online Consultant, you will be responsible for providing guidance and assistance to our clients who are applying for biometric passports online. This is a remote position that offers the flexibility of working from home.

Responsibilities:
- Guide clients through the online application process for biometric passports
- Provide accurate and up-to-date information regarding required documents and procedures
- Assist with any technical issues that may arise during the application process
- Communicate with clients via email or chat to answer any questions or concerns they may have
- Keep track of client applications and provide timely updates on their status
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient and effective service delivery

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a customer service or consulting role
- Strong knowledge of biometric passport requirements and procedures
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently and remotely with minimal supervision

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of $1700 per month, along with performance-based bonuses.

Location:
This is a remote position, however, preference will be given to candidates based in Porto.
