We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as an Online Consultant. In this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support to our online clients. This is a remote position, so you can work from the comfort of your own home in Porto.

Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide timely and accurate information
- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions
- Assist customers with product selection, purchases, and returns
- Build strong relationships with customers through exceptional service
- Collaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance customer experience
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends

Requirements:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus)
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think quickly on your feet
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer skills (knowledge of e-commerce platforms is a plus)
- Previous customer service experience is preferred but not required
- Must be able to work flexible hours based on business needs
