Seasonal Executive Chef in Triesen, Liechtenstein
We are seeking a talented and enthusiastic Executive Chef to join our team for a seasonal position in Triesen, Liechtenstein. As the Executive Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our kitchen operations, including menu planning, food preparation, and staff management. Responsibilities:
- Create and update menus based on seasonal ingredients and customer preferences
- Train and supervise kitchen staff on proper food preparation techniques
- Ensure that all dishes are prepared and presented according to our high standards
- Maintain inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations in the kitchen
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operation of the restaurant
Requirements:
- Previous experience as an Executive Chef or Chef de Cuisine preferred
- Culinary degree or equivalent work experience required
- Strong knowledge of various cooking techniques and cuisines
- Ability to lead and motivate a team in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multitask
- Proficiency in English required, German language skills considered a plus
Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 900$ per week, with the potential for bonuses based on performance.
