Handyman for Property Management Company in Triesen, Liechtenstein


We are a property management company based in Triesen, Liechtenstein and we are seeking a skilled and reliable Handyman to join our team. This position is open to all nationalities, but preference will be given to Indian candidates.

Salary:
The salary for this position is 1100$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Perform general maintenance tasks such as plumbing, carpentry, electrical work, and painting
- Repair or replace broken appliances, fixtures, and equipment
- Inspect properties regularly to identify any potential issues or hazards
- Respond to tenant requests for repairs or maintenance in a timely manner
- Keep track of inventory and order necessary supplies
- Ensure proper functioning of building systems including HVAC and security systems
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas

Requirements:
- No previous experience is required for this position
- Must be able to communicate effectively in English
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Must be physically fit and able to lift heavy objects if needed
