Our five-star hotel in Riyadh is seeking a talented and creative Pastry Chef to join our team. As a Pastry Chef, you will be responsible for creating and preparing delicious desserts, pastries, and other baked goods for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:
- Create and prepare high-quality desserts, pastries, and other baked goods according to recipes and standards set by the hotel
- Oversee the pastry team and delegate tasks accordingly
- Ensure all products are presented in an appealing manner with attention to detail
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the pastry kitchen
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Train new pastry team members on techniques, recipes, and safety procedures
- Collaborate with other chefs to develop new menu items and specials
- Adhere to all food safety regulations and maintain proper sanitation standards

Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a Pastry Chef in a high-end establishment
- Culinary degree or equivalent experience preferred
- Extensive knowledge of baking techniques, ingredients, and flavors
- Ability to lead a team effectively while maintaining a positive work environment
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Creativity and passion for creating unique desserts that exceed guest expectations
- Fluent English speaking skills required; additional languages considered an asset

Compensation:
This position offers a competitive salary of $1700 per month plus benefits. Relocation assistance can be provided for qualified candidates.
