We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Preservation Architect to join our team in Vianden, Luxembourg. As a Preservation Architect, you will be responsible for preserving and restoring historical buildings and structures while adhering to strict preservation guidelines and standards.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough assessments of historical buildings and structures to determine necessary preservation and restoration work.
- Develop preservation plans and strategies that adhere to local, national, and international guidelines.
- Collaborate with other architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure preservation goals are met.
- Oversee the construction process, ensuring that all work is carried out in accordance with the preservation plan.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that may arise.
- Prepare detailed reports outlining project progress, budget updates, and any necessary changes to the preservation plan.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Preservation Architect working on historical buildings or structures.
- Strong understanding of preservation principles and guidelines.
- Knowledge of various construction methods and materials used in historical buildings.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to meet strict deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
