Plumber Supervisor

We are a plumbing company based in Herzliya, seeking an experienced Plumber Supervisor to join our team. As a Plumber Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the work of our plumbing technicians, ensuring that projects are completed efficiently and to high quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the work of plumbing technicians
- Ensure that all projects are completed on time and to client specifications
- Provide guidance and training to junior plumbing technicians
- Maintain a safe and organized work environment
- Monitor inventory levels and order necessary materials
- Inspect completed work for quality control purposes
- Handle any customer complaints or issues in a professional manner

Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years experience as a plumber, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role
- Valid plumber's license/certification
- Excellent technical skills and knowledge of plumbing systems and equipment
- Strong leadership abilities with the ability to motivate and guide team members
- Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills

Salary: $1200 per month (negotiable based on experience)

Location: Herzliya, Israel (candidates of Indian nationality preferred)
