IT Manager - Information Technology Manager



As an IT Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our company's information technology infrastructure and operations. You will work with a team of skilled professionals to ensure that our systems and processes are efficient, secure and reliable.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement IT policies and procedures to ensure the security and integrity of company data
- Manage the installation, configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of hardware, software, and networking systems
- Identify areas for improvement in IT strategies, processes and systems
- Analyze business requirements to recommend appropriate technology solutions
- Oversee the selection, training, development and performance evaluation of the IT team members
- Ensure compliance with data protection regulations and industry standards
- Plan for future growth by staying updated on emerging technologies

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in an IT management role
- Proven experience in managing complex IT projects within budget and time constraints
- Strong knowledge of network security protocols and procedures
- Familiarity with cloud computing technologies
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to lead a team effectively

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary package of $1600 per month.
