Hotel Sales Manager - Dubai


We are currently hiring a dynamic and experienced Hotel Sales Manager to join our team in Dubai. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth by developing and implementing effective sales strategies, building strong relationships with clients, and ensuring exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales plans to achieve revenue targets
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research and networking
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions
- Conduct regular market analysis to identify trends and adapt strategies accordingly
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of services to clients
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and budgets for management review
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to represent the hotel

Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years experience in hotel sales or related field
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
- In-depth knowledge of the Dubai hospitality market
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)

Salary:
Starting salary of 1100$ per month with potential for bonuses based on performance. We also offer housing accommodation as part of the employment contract. This is a contract job with the opportunity for extension or permanent employment based on performance.
