Welder - Structural Steel Fabrication (Malayalees and Kenyans preferred)

We are currently seeking experienced welders for a structural steel fabrication project in Lom, Kenya. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in welding and fabrication, with at least 2 years of experience. Malayalee and Kenyan candidates are preferred for this role.

Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
- Set up and operate welding equipment
- Perform various types of welding including MIG, TIG, and stick welding
- Ensure all welds meet quality standards and specifications
- Work independently or as part of a team to complete projects on time
- Adhere to all safety guidelines and procedures

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years of experience in welding and fabrication
- Knowledge of different welding techniques and equipment
- Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with precision
- Good physical stamina and dexterity for working with heavy materials
