We are seeking a skilled baker to join our team at a busy bakery in Izhevsk, Russia. As a baker, you will be responsible for preparing and baking a variety of breads, pastries, and other baked goods. This is a full-time job with a salary of 1200$, and no previous experience is required.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and bake various types of breads, pastries, and other baked goods according to recipes
- Mix ingredients and ensure proper measurements for each batch
- Monitor baking times and temperatures to ensure quality and consistency
- Decorate and present finished products in an appealing manner
- Maintain cleanliness of work area and adhere to food safety standards
- Assist with inventory management and ordering supplies as needed

Requirements:
- Biometric passport or Russian citizenship preferred
- Attention to detail and ability to follow recipes accurately
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods of time and lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs)
- Flexibility to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
