We are seeking a skilled and creative Pastry Chef to join our team in Shan, Philippines. As a Pastry Chef, you will be responsible for designing and creating delicious and visually appealing pastries and desserts. You will also be responsible for managing inventory, ordering supplies, and ensuring food safety standards are met.

Key Responsibilities:
- Designing and creating unique and high-quality pastries, cakes, and desserts
- Developing new recipes and modifying existing ones to meet customer preferences
- Managing inventory levels of ingredients and supplies
- Ordering supplies as needed to ensure smooth operations
- Maintaining a clean and organized work environment
- Ensuring food safety standards are met at all times
- Training and supervising junior pastry chefs or assistants

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Pastry Chef or similar role
- Excellent knowledge of different types of pastries, baking techniques, and decoration methods
- Creativity in developing new recipes and designs
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality standards
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and procedures
- Culinary degree or certification preferred
