Hotel Sales Manager
The Hotel Sales Manager will be responsible for overseeing and implementing all sales strategies for our hotel in Multan. This position requires a highly motivated individual with strong communication and leadership skills. The ideal candidate will have experience in the hospitality industry and a proven track record of achieving sales targets. They will also have excellent customer service skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and partners.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue for the hotel
- Identify potential clients, conduct market research, and analyze customer needs
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and partners
- Manage the sales team, providing training, guidance, and support
- Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to upper management
- Collaborate with other departments to create promotional packages or special offers
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to network and generate leads
- Ensure that all sales activities comply with company policies and procedures
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience in hotel sales or a similar role
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Ability to lead a team, delegate tasks, and provide feedback effectively
- Excellent time management skills and ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Knowledge of hospitality industry trends, competitors, and market conditions in Multan
Salary: 1300$ (negotiable based on experience)
Location: Multan (open to all genders)
