Responsibilities:
- Work with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and identify opportunities for applying machine learning techniques
- Develop and implement machine learning algorithms and models
- Collaborate with data engineers to ensure the data is properly prepared for use in machine learning applications
- Evaluate and fine-tune existing models for improved performance
- Communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner
- Stay updated on the latest trends and advancements in machine learning and apply them to improve our products

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics or related field
- Proven experience as a Machine Learning Engineer or similar role
- Strong programming skills in languages such as Python or R
- Experience with machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch
- Knowledge of data visualization tools such as Tableau or PowerBI
- Familiarity with SQL databases and big data technologies like Hadoop or Spark
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think critically about complex problems
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
