We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Project Manager to join our team in Remish, Philippines. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing construction projects from start to finish, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and according to quality standards.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of construction projects, including planning, budgeting, scheduling, and execution
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to develop project plans and ensure compliance with regulations and specifications
- Monitor progress and performance of projects to ensure they are completed on time and within budget
- Identify potential issues or delays and develop contingency plans to keep projects on track
- Manage project budgets and approve expenses while minimizing costs without compromising quality
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment for all workers
- Communicate effectively with all stakeholders including clients, subcontractors, and team members
- Provide regular updates on project progress to senior management

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience as a Construction Project Manager in the Philippines or abroad
- Knowledge of construction processes, building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage teams effectively
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Tagalog (Filipino)
- Proficient in project management software such as Microsoft Project or Primavera P6
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail
