Facade Technician
Location: Lisbon, Portugal


We are seeking a skilled Facade Technician to join our team in Lisbon. As a Facade Technician, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of building facades. This position requires a biometric passport as you may be required to travel internationally for projects.

Responsibilities:
- Install new building facades according to design plans and specifications
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on existing facades
- Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with facades and recommend appropriate solutions
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other construction professionals to ensure safe and efficient installation of facades
- Follow all safety protocols and regulations while working on job sites
- Keep accurate records of work performed and materials used

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience in facade installation or maintenance
- Biometric passport
- Knowledge of different facade materials such as glass, metal panels, and stone
- Familiarity with tools and equipment used in facade installation
- Ability to read architectural plans
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

Salary:
The salary for this position starts at $1100 per month, with room for growth based on performance.
