Hotel Sales Manager
The Hotel Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales and revenue for our hotel in El-Ain. This role requires a highly motivated and experienced individual with a proven track record in sales and customer service. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, strong negotiation abilities, and be able to develop and maintain relationships with clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase revenue and occupancy rates
- Identify and target potential clients through market research, networking, and referrals
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business
- Negotiate contracts, rates, and other terms with clients to maximize profits
- Participate in trade shows, events, and other promotional activities to generate leads
- Collaborate with other departments such as marketing, operations, and finance to ensure a seamless customer experience
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to make strategic recommendations
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
- Minimum of 3 years experience in hotel sales or hospitality industry
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Strong negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals
- Proven ability to develop relationships with clients at all levels
- In-depth knowledge of the local market
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
Salary: 1300$ per month
Location: El-Ain (Preference for Indian candidates)
