Position: Construction Manager

Location: Nairobi, Kenya (Preference for Indian candidates)

Salary: $1000 per month (negotiable based on experience)

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Manager to join our team in Nairobi. As a Construction Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of construction projects from beginning to end. This includes managing budgets, schedules, and resources, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and coordinating with subcontractors and suppliers.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction management
- Strong project management skills
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Proficiency in construction software such as AutoCAD and MS Project
- Knowledge of local building codes and regulations

Responsibilities:
- Plan, organize, and manage construction projects from start to finish
- Develop detailed project schedules and budgets
- Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion within budget constraints
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of projects
- Conduct regular site visits to ensure quality control and adherence to safety regulations
- Manage project documentation including contracts, permits, and reports
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during the construction process
- Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates on progress and address any concerns or changes in plans
