Construction Project Manager
As a Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing construction projects in the city of Nairobi. Your main duties will include planning, coordinating, and supervising all aspects of the construction process from start to finish. This will involve working closely with architects, engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to specifications.
To be successful in this role, you must have at least 3 years of experience in construction management, preferably in a similar position. You should have strong leadership skills and be able to effectively communicate with team members at all levels. Knowledge of local regulations and building codes is also essential.
This is a full-time position that requires excellent time management skills as well as the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. Attention to detail and a strong analytical mindset are also important qualities for this role.
