Hotel Sales Manager


We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Hotel Sales Manager to join our team in Shan, Egypt. As the Hotel Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to attract new clients and maintain relationships with existing ones. Your main goal will be to increase revenue and occupancy through effective sales techniques and excellent customer service.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales plans to achieve set targets for the hotel
- Identify new business opportunities and actively seek out potential clients
- Maintain relationships with existing clients through regular communication and visits
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competition, and pricing strategies
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure a seamless experience for clients
- Attend industry events and networking opportunities to promote the hotel
- Prepare proposals, contracts, and negotiate terms with clients
- Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Hotel Sales Manager or similar role in the hospitality industry
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong knowledge of sales techniques, market trends, and customer needs in the hotel industry
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Experience in developing sales plans and strategies that have resulted in increased revenue
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field preferred

This is a contract position with a salary of 1600$ per month. We welcome candidates from all nationalities who have previous experience in hotel sales management. Fluency in English is required for this role. We are looking for someone who is driven, passionate about hospitality, and has a positive attitude towards achieving goals.
