Architecture Manager


An international architecture firm in Mauren is seeking an experienced and skilled Architecture Manager to join their team. As the Architecture Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the design and construction of various projects, managing a team of architects, and ensuring the successful completion of projects within budget and on schedule.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee the design process from conceptualization to construction
- Manage a team of architects, providing guidance and support as needed
- Review project proposals and provide feedback to ensure feasibility and alignment with client needs
- Develop project budgets and schedules, ensuring that they are adhered to throughout the project lifecycle
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that may arise
- Collaborate with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in technology to continuously improve project processes

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field
- At least 5 years of experience in architectural design and management
- Experience managing a team of architects is preferred
- Strong knowledge of architectural principles, building codes, and construction methods
- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail
- Proficiency in relevant software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, etc.
- Valid work permit for Mauren (or ability to obtain one)
