Waiter/Waitress - Karachi

We are in search of a skilled and friendly Waiter or Waitress to join our team in Karachi. As a Waiter/Waitress, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service by taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Your main goal will be to make our guests feel welcomed and satisfied with their dining experience.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests as they arrive at the restaurant
- Present menus and take orders from customers
- Serve food and drinks, following proper serving etiquette
- Ensure timely delivery of food and drinks to tables
- Communicate effectively with kitchen staff to ensure accuracy of orders
- Check on customers regularly to ensure satisfaction with their meals
- Handle complaints or concerns from guests in a professional manner
- Process payments using POS system accurately
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in dining areas

Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a Waiter/Waitress or similar role in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Basic math skills for handling payments
- Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)
- Availability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays
- High school diploma or equivalent
