Machine Learning Engineer


We are hiring a Machine Learning Engineer to join our team in Izhevsk! In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing machine learning algorithms and models to solve complex business problems. You will work closely with data scientists and software engineers to build scalable, efficient, and accurate solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in machine learning techniques and programming skills.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct research and develop algorithms to solve business problems using machine learning techniques
- Gather and analyze large datasets to identify patterns and trends
- Design, implement, and test machine learning models
- Optimize models for performance, accuracy, and scalability
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including data scientists, software engineers, and product managers
- Stay updated on industry developments in machine learning techniques and tools

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field
- Proven experience (2+ years) in developing machine learning algorithms
- Strong programming skills in languages such as Python or Java
- Experience with deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch
- Familiarity with Big Data tools like Hadoop or Spark
- Knowledge of statistics and statistical modeling
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
- Excellent problem-solving skills

Salary: 1000$ per month (negotiable based on experience)

Location: Izhevsk (no relocation assistance provided)

Note: This is a full-time position but we are open to discussing flexible working hours. Candidates must already have the right to work in Russia without the need for sponsorship.
