Radio Technician

The Radio Technician will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing radio equipment in Shan. They will work with various types of radio equipment, such as transmitters, receivers, antennas, and other related devices. The ideal candidate should have basic knowledge of electronics and a strong understanding of radio technology. They must also have the ability to troubleshoot and diagnose issues with the equipment. This job requires good communication skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Accommodation will be provided and no prior experience is necessary. The Radio Technician's main duties include:

- Installing new radio equipment according to specifications
- Conducting regular maintenance on existing radio systems
- Troubleshooting and diagnosing issues with radio equipment
- Repairing or replacing faulty components
- Testing and calibrating equipment to ensure proper functioning
- Maintaining accurate records of repairs and maintenance performed
- Assisting in the development of new radio systems or upgrades
- Collaborating with team members on projects or tasks as needed.
