Indian Restaurant Manager in Albena, Bulgaria

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Indian Restaurant Manager to join our team in the beautiful city of Albena, Bulgaria. As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our Indian restaurant, including managing staff, ensuring quality service and food, and maintaining a positive dining experience for our guests. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1100$, with accommodation provided.

Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of the restaurant operations, including staffing, scheduling, inventory management, and budgeting
- Ensure high-quality service is provided to all guests by supervising and training staff
- Create and maintain a positive work environment for employees
- Monitor food quality and presentation to ensure it meets company standards
- Oversee financial transactions and ensure accuracy in cash handling procedures
- Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue and reduce costs
- Address customer complaints promptly and find resolutions to ensure customer satisfaction

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a restaurant manager or in a similar role is preferred but not required
- Excellent communication skills in English are required
- Knowledge of Indian cuisine and culture is preferred but not required
- Must be able to work full-time hours with flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
