Restaurant Manager

As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant in Albena. You will manage a team of staff, create schedules, and ensure the smooth running of all front and back-of-house operations. Your main goal will be to provide exceptional customer service and maintain high standards of food quality and cleanliness. You will also be responsible for inventory management, budgeting, and meeting revenue targets. Previous experience in a similar role is preferred. This is a full-time position with a salary of $1200 per month.

As the ideal candidate, you should have excellent leadership skills and be able to effectively communicate with both staff and customers. You should have strong knowledge of food safety regulations and be able to train staff on proper hygiene practices. Experience in inventory management, budgeting, and using point-of-sale systems is essential. A degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is preferred but not required.

Your duties will include:

- Overseeing all aspects of restaurant operations
- Creating staff schedules and ensuring adequate coverage
- Recruiting, training, and managing staff
- Ensuring compliance with food safety regulations
- Maintaining high standards of food quality and service
- Managing inventory levels and ordering supplies as needed
- Developing strategies to increase revenue and meet targets
- Handling customer complaints or concerns promptly and effectively
- Conducting regular performance evaluations for staff
- Collaborating with kitchen staff to develop new menu items or specials
- Generating reports on sales, expenses, and other key metrics.

This position requires someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and able to work well under pressure. You must also have strong problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to multitask effectively. The ability to speak English or Filipino would be an asset in this role.
