Florist Assistant



We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Florist Assistant to join our team in Shan. As a Florist Assistant, you will work closely with our experienced florists to create beautiful floral arrangements for weddings, events, and everyday occasions. Your main responsibilities will include arranging flowers, processing orders, maintaining inventory, and assisting with customer service.

To be successful in this role, you should have a passion for flowers and design, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work well under pressure. Previous experience in a floral shop or similar setting is preferred but not required. Training will be provided to the right candidate.

Responsibilities:
- Create beautiful floral arrangements according to client’s requests
- Process orders accurately and efficiently
- Maintain inventory of flowers and supplies
- Assist with customer service by answering phone calls and emails
- Keep the shop clean and organized at all times
- Help with deliveries as needed
- Learn about new flower designs and techniques through training sessions
