We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Senior Architect to join our team in Ufa, Russia. As a Senior Architect, you will be responsible for providing architectural design and planning expertise on various projects. You will work closely with clients, contractors, and other team members to ensure successful project completion.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead architectural design process from concept to construction
- Develop detailed design plans and technical specifications
- Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure compliance with design plans
- Collaborate with project team members to ensure timely completion of deliverables
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members
- Manage relationships with clients and contractors, ensuring clear communication and understanding of project goals
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in technology to continuously improve design processes

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture
- At least 5 years of experience as a licensed architect
- Extensive knowledge of architectural design principles and practices
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and other relevant software
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Fluency in English is preferred but not required
