As a Senior Architect, you will be responsible for overseeing the design and construction of buildings and structures in Karachi, Pakistan. You will use your extensive knowledge and experience in architecture to lead a team of architects and engineers in creating innovative and functional spaces. Your attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and ability to meet tight deadlines will ensure the successful completion of projects.

Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of architects, engineers, and other professionals in designing and constructing buildings.
- Develop detailed plans, drawings, and models using computer-aided design (CAD) software.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and requirements for each project.
- Conduct site visits to assess the feasibility of proposed designs.
- Monitor construction progress and make necessary adjustments to ensure quality and adherence to specifications.
- Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
- Manage project budgets and timelines.
- Mentor junior architects on best practices in design and construction.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in architectural design with a focus on commercial or residential projects.
- Strong proficiency in CAD software such as AutoCAD or Revit.
- Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and safety standards in Pakistan.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines.

Salary:
We are offering a competitive salary of 1600$ per month for this position.
