Crane Operator

A well-established construction company in Hawalli is seeking a skilled and experienced Crane Operator to join our team. As a Crane Operator, you will be responsible for operating various types of cranes to move materials, equipment, and other objects on the construction site. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1800$, and we are open to hiring candidates of Indian nationality.

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Crane Operator in the construction industry
- Valid crane operator certification
- Ability to work full-time and on weekends when necessary
- Good physical condition and hand-eye coordination
- Basic knowledge of safety procedures and regulations
- Fluent in English (knowledge of Arabic is an advantage)
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Willingness to learn and improve skills

Responsibilities:
- Operate different types of cranes including mobile, tower, and overhead cranes
- Safely lift, move, and position heavy materials using the crane's controls
- Inspect cranes before use to ensure they are in good working condition
- Follow safety protocols and regulations at all times while operating the crane
- Communicate with other team members to ensure efficient movement of materials on the construction site
- Maintain accurate records of materials lifted by the crane
- Report any mechanical issues or malfunctions immediately to superiors
- Keep work area clean and organized at all times
