Contract Construction Manager - Dar Kulaib

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Contract Construction Manager to join our team in Dar Kulaib. As a Contract Construction Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of construction projects, from planning and budgeting to execution and completion. Your role will involve coordinating with architects, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and in accordance with quality standards.

Responsibilities:
- Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets in collaboration with project stakeholders.
- Monitor progress of construction projects, identify any delays or issues, and develop solutions to keep projects on track.
- Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards.
- Coordinate with architects and engineers to review plans and specifications.
- Select and manage contractors and subcontractors for various aspects of construction projects.
- Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers to secure necessary materials at competitive prices.
- Conduct regular site visits to assess progress, address any concerns, and ensure adherence to project plans.
- Communicate regularly with project stakeholders to provide updates on project status.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years experience as a Construction Manager or similar role.
- Extensive knowledge of construction processes, building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple teams effectively.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate with various stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to make quick decisions under pressure.
