Facade Technician

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Facade Technician to join our team in Beer-Sheva, Israel. As a Facade Technician, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of building facades. This role requires strong technical skills and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:
- Install new facades on buildings according to specifications
- Perform regular maintenance on existing facades to ensure their structural integrity
- Troubleshoot and repair any issues with building facades
- Follow safety protocols and ensure compliance with building codes
- Collaborate with architects and contractors to ensure proper installation of facades
- Keep accurate records of all work performed

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a facade technician or similar role
- Strong understanding of building construction and materials used in facade installation
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints
- Experience with tools and equipment used in facade installation and repair
- Attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

Preferred Qualifications:
- Certification in facade installation or related field
- Experience working with different types of facades such as glass, metal, or stone
- Experience working on commercial or residential buildings

Salary: $1800 per month (negotiable based on experience)
