Commercial Architect


As a Commercial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of commercial buildings such as offices, retail spaces, and industrial facilities. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and create designs that meet their requirements while adhering to all relevant codes and regulations.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to determine project objectives, budget, and timeline
- Create detailed drawings and plans using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Ensure that designs meet building codes, zoning laws, fire regulations, and other legal requirements
- Prepare cost estimates for materials, labor, and other expenses
- Oversee the construction process to ensure that the project is completed on time and within budget
- Communicate with contractors, engineers, and other professionals involved in the project
- Make necessary adjustments to design plans based on feedback from clients or other stakeholders
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure that construction is following the design plans

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Proven experience in commercial architecture or a related role
- Proficiency in CAD software and other design tools
- Strong understanding of building codes, zoning laws, and other regulations
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with clients and team members
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Salary:
The salary for this position starts at $1000 per month.

Location:
This position is located in Beer-Sheva. Preference will be given to Indian candidates who are already residing in Beer-Sheva or are willing to relocate.

Type of Employment:
This is a full-time position.
