Crane Operator in Kaunas, Lithuania


We are hiring a skilled and experienced Crane Operator to join our team in Kaunas, Lithuania. As a Crane Operator, you will be responsible for safely operating cranes to lift, move, and position heavy materials and objects on construction sites or in industrial settings.

Responsibilities:
- Operate various types of cranes, such as mobile cranes or tower cranes, according to safety regulations and company policies
- Inspect crane equipment before and after use to ensure proper functioning
- Communicate with site supervisors and other team members to determine the best approach for lifting and moving materials
- Rig loads using appropriate equipment and techniques
- Monitor the movement of loads while operating the crane and make adjustments as needed
- Keep accurate records of daily activities, including load information, maintenance logs, and incident reports
- Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures at all times

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Crane Operator in a construction or industrial setting
- Valid crane operator certification from an accredited institution
- Knowledge of safe rigging practices
- Excellent hand-eye coordination and depth perception
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Good communication skills
- Physical strength and stamina to operate heavy machinery for extended periods of time

Working Conditions:
This is a full-time position with a salary of 1700$ per month. The working hours may vary depending on project needs, but typically involve 8-hour shifts Monday through Friday. This position does not include accommodation or visa sponsorship.
