Crane Operator - Full Time (Nepali/Canadian)

We are currently seeking an experienced Crane Operator to join our team in Kaunas. As a Crane Operator, you will be responsible for safely and efficiently operating cranes to move heavy objects and materials on construction sites. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1700$ per month.

Requirements:
- Must be a citizen of Nepal or Canada
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a crane operator
- Ability to operate various types of cranes including tower, mobile, and overhead cranes
- Strong understanding of safety procedures and regulations for crane operation
- Must have excellent hand-eye coordination and spatial awareness
- Physically fit and able to work in varying weather conditions
- Excellent communication skills and ability to follow directions

Responsibilities:
- Operate cranes to lift, move, and position materials according to designated plans
- Inspect equipment before use and report any malfunctions or safety hazards
- Ensure proper rigging techniques are used for each lift
- Communicate with other workers on the ground using hand signals or radio equipment
- Maintain detailed records of daily activity, including materials moved, time spent on tasks, and any incidents that occur
- Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations at all times
