IT Manager

As an IT Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the technology operations of our company in Siauliai. Your main duties will include managing a team of IT professionals, creating and implementing technology strategies, and ensuring the smooth functioning of all technology systems and infrastructure. You will also be responsible for troubleshooting any technical issues that arise and ensuring the security of our company's data.

To excel in this role, you must have extensive experience in information technology management and a deep understanding of various technology systems and platforms. You should also have excellent leadership skills to effectively manage a team and communicate with other departments within the company.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of our company's technology systems and infrastructure
- Develop and implement technology strategies to support the company's goals
- Manage a team of IT professionals, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations
- Troubleshoot technical issues as they arise and ensure timely resolution
- Ensure the security of our company's data by implementing appropriate measures
- Stay up-to-date with new technologies and trends in the industry to make recommendations for improvement
- Collaborate with other departments to understand their technology needs and provide solutions accordingly

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field
- Proven experience as an IT Manager or similar role
- Extensive knowledge of various technology systems such as networks, servers, databases, etc.
- Strong leadership skills with experience in managing a team
- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with different departments
- Ability to troubleshoot technical issues in a fast-paced environment
- Understanding of cybersecurity principles and data protection regulations
- Familiarity with project management methodologies is preferred.
