Online Consultant (Indian/Egyptian candidates preferred)


We are searching for an experienced Online Consultant to join our team in Akron. In this role, you will be responsible for providing expert advice and support to our clients through various online channels.

As an Online Consultant, you will work closely with clients to understand their needs and provide them with tailored solutions and recommendations. This will involve conducting research, analyzing data, and staying up-to-date with industry trends and developments.

To excel in this position, you should have excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships with clients. You should also be able to work independently and manage your time efficiently.

Responsibilities:
- Communicate with clients through various online channels (e.g. email, chat, video calls)
- Understand client needs and provide them with personalized solutions
- Conduct research on industry trends and developments
- Analyze data and prepare reports
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
- Provide exceptional customer service at all times
- Stay up-to-date with company products/services to effectively assist clients
- Collaborate with other team members to improve overall customer experience

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
- Proven experience as an Online Consultant or similar role
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Proficient in using online communication tools (e.g. Skype, Zoom)
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
- Familiarity with CRM software is a plus
- Indian or Egyptian nationality preferred

Salary:
