Sales Associate - Lusail, Qatar


We are a leading retail company in Lusail, Qatar seeking a dynamic and driven Sales Associate to join our team. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and driving sales to meet our company's goals.

Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and assist them with their shopping needs
- Develop and maintain relationships with customers to ensure repeat business
- Recommend products that meet customer's needs and preferences
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently using our POS system
- Keep the store clean, organized, and visually appealing at all times
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and promotions
- Meet sales targets set by the company

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- Minimum of 1 year experience in retail sales preferred, but not required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays
- Proficiency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of $1400 per month plus commission based on sales performance.
