Part-Time Barista in Porto


We are seeking a skilled and passionate Barista to join our team on a part-time basis in the beautiful city of Porto. As a Barista, you will be responsible for creating and serving high-quality coffee and other beverages to our customers while providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and tea beverages according to company standards
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including equipment maintenance and restocking supplies
- Take customer orders, handle cash transactions, and provide friendly and efficient service
- Learn about specialty coffees, brewing methods, and beverage trends to educate customers
- Follow food safety guidelines and maintain proper hygiene practices
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operation during busy periods

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Barista or in the food/beverage industry is preferred
- Passion for coffee with knowledge of different roasts, blends, brewing methods, etc.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills in English (Portuguese is a plus)
- Flexible availability to work on evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of $1200 per month for this part-time position. Tips are also shared among our staff members.
